Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully as it explains our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (the date the carrier marks the order as delivered).
Requests received after 30 days generally cannot be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
Be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and protective materials).
Include all original accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any).
Not fall into our non-returnable categories (see below).
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue only partial refunds if items are damaged, missing parts, or returned in a condition that prevents resale.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, legal, or supplier restrictions, the following items cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors:
Personal care & hygiene products (skincare, hair tools, undergarments, socks, etc.)
Personalized / custom-engraved / made-to-order items
Digital products, gift cards, or software
Final sale / clearance items clearly marked as such
4. Return Shipping & Costs
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (wrong product, wrong size/color sent): We cover return shipping costs. Contact us first for approval and a prepaid return label (when available) or instructions.
Change of mind / buyer’s remorse / sizing issues: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
International returns: Return shipping is almost always the customer's responsibility due to high costs.
We do not offer free returns on change-of-mind orders at this time.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 5–10 business days of receipt):
If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank/credit card issuer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error: wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.).
Return shipping fees you paid are only refunded if the return is due to our mistake.
Partial refunds may be issued (at our discretion) for:
Minor defects where the item is still usable
Missing non-essential accessories
Items returned without original packaging/tags
We do not issue cash refunds for gift purchases; store credit may be offered instead.
6. Exchanges
We happily offer exchanges (subject to stock availability) instead of refunds when possible.
Contact us within the 30-day window.
We will provide instructions and (if due to our error) cover exchange shipping.
If the new item is more expensive, you'll pay the difference; if less expensive, we'll refund the difference or issue store credit.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the description:
Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery is ideal) with photos of the damage/packaging and your order number.
Do not discard the original packaging—we may need it for carrier/supplier claims. We will arrange a replacement (preferred) or full refund, including original shipping costs.
8. How to Start a Return

Wait for our approval and return instructions (do not ship without contacting us first).
Ship the item back using a trackable method to the address we provide.
Keep your tracking number until the refund is processed.

Some of our high-quality products are sourced directly from trusted manufacturers in Belgium, while others are fulfilled from US warehouses or partners for faster delivery.
Please review the details below for accurate expectations—shipping for billiard equipment can vary due to item size/weight, origin, and carrier.
1. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or Belgium-sourced items may take 3–7 business days to process due to supplier coordination and quality checks.
Peak seasons (holidays, major sales) or high-demand items may extend this to 5–10 business days. We'll email you if there's any delay.
2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
Shipping time = processing time + transit time. Estimates start once the order leaves our facility/supplier.
US-Warehouse / Domestic-Sourced Items (breakmaster, Samsara tips, accessories): 3–10 business days total delivery (often 5–7 days average via ground carriers).
Belgium-Sourced / International Items (Simonis cloth, Aramith Balls, specialty accessories, or components): 12–30 business days total delivery (typically 15–25 days average).
Air/express options (if available for smaller items): 7–14 days.
Standard (economy/parcel): 15–35 days, depending on customs clearance.
These are estimates only—actual times vary based on carrier schedules, weather, port congestion, customs processing (for international), or rural/remote addresses.
We offer tracking on all orders and will notify you of any significant delays.
Note: We prioritize faster domestic fulfillment where possible to compete with US-based competitors. If an item qualifies for expedited options, they'll show at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and method (starts around $10–$50 for small parcels; $150–$400+ for multiple/ bulk orders.
Expedited / Express: Available for many smaller items (e.g., Tips)—prices and ETAs shown at checkout.
Important for Belgium-Sourced Items: US customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs brokerage fees, or additional charges (That is us!). Most billiard accessories enter duty-free or at low rates (0%–free under HTS 9504.20 per current US tariff schedules).
4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx,for domestic shipments.
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) usually within 24–72 hours of handover.
Track via the link in your email or your “My Orders” in your account login.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Important Notes
We ship to the continental US, with limited options for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (extra fees/times apply—check at checkout).
P.O. Boxes: Accepted for small parcels only
Customs & Duties (Belgium-sourced): Delays can occur (rarely beyond estimates). We provide accurate commercial invoices and declarations to speed clearance.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged: Report within 30 days of estimated delivery with tracking info. We'll work with carriers/suppliers for resolution (replacement, refund, or credit) per our Return & Refund Policy.
We are not liable for delays from incorrect addresses, customs holds, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
